Mr. Cosme Álvarez founded Oleícola Álvarez SL. In 1996. This ambitious project was the consequence of a long experience in the cultivation and care of the olive grove. At the beginning, our factory was founded aiming to meet the needs of the family, but soon we started to receive requests for it to be opened to the public; farmers who sought tranquility, confidence and good work in Álvarez’s Olive Oil.

At Álvarez’s Olive Oil we know how to do our job. We are able to achieve the goal: the full satisfaction of our consumers. We have already developed an efficient Department of Quality and Food Safety. It isn’t an easy road, but we are still working everyday on it.

As a proof of our compromise with quality we have implemented Certified Food Safety and Quality Standards, BRC (British Retail Consortium Control) and IFS (International Food Standard).
